How much does EnDev cost?

Candidates pay as they go with credit packs from £4.99 for 50 credits. Recruiters can start with Recruiter Lite at £99 per month. Employers running outplacement get custom pricing.

Do credits expire?

No. Credits never expire, so you only pay for what you use.

How many credits does each feature use?

As estimates: a full mock interview is about 25 credits, a full ATS CV rewrite about 15 credits, a Vault story transformation about 5 credits, and unlocking detailed metrics for your free interview about 10 credits. The actual deduction depends on session length, strictness and which features you use.

What does Recruiter Lite include?

Recruiter Lite is £99 per month and includes 3 active campaigns per month, up to 50 candidates screened, the full AI Scoring Matrix, standard voice personas and a basic candidate dossier view. PDF dossier exports, Blind Mode and Custom Playbooks are not included.

How does outplacement pricing work?

Pricing is custom. As a guide, a £3,000 credit pool provides 50,000 credits, with roughly 500 credits for each departing employee.
